Learning disabilities, and how to beat them
There is still a misconception that people with learning disabilities lack intelligence. Nothing could be further from the truth. Learning disabilities are neuro-physiological problems, often due to retained primitive reflexes that should have disappeared by the age of 6 months to 1 year of age. Carmel Mullan BA Cert Ed Psych NDT INPP JST treats these disorders by tackling them at the primitive reflex level.

The experience to help
Carmel Mullan is one of the leading experts in learning disorders in Northern Ireland. With a background in teaching, she trained with the I.N.P.P. and then qualified as a Johansen sound therapist in 2001.

What is the I.N.P.P.?
The I.N.P.P. is the Institute of Neuro-Physiological Psychology. Its members, like Carmel Mullan, are highly trained and qualified to help diagnose and treat learning disorders. It's a sign that you're dealing with a world leading authority.

Successful treatments for young and old
Many adults suffer from learning disabilities all their lives, and never have it confirmed. It's easy for an expert to diagnose, and then we can start learning disorder treatment that will make a real difference to your life.

Dyslexia is a neurological disorder, not an indication of intelligence. Dyslexia sufferers respond positively to treatment. Our treatments have a great record of success, even when other treatments have failed.
If your child has an auditory processing disorder, it can affect their speech and ability to learn. It doesn't have to remain like that. We can help.
