Breaking down the stigma of dyslexia

If your child is dyslexic, you'll know all about the stigma that it carries. Unfortunately too many people associate dyslexia with a lack of concentration, effort or intelligence. It can lead parents to bury their heads in the sand, and stop them seeking treatment.

Carmel Mullan BA Cert Ed Psych NDT INPP JST can diagnose dyslexia and then help to treat it. Her innovative treatments have a fantastic 95% success rate.

We operate in Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Ballymena, Coleraine, Cookstown, Magherafelt and Enniskillen.

What is dyslexia?

Dyslexia, often called word blindness, is a problem managing verbal codes and signs. It is a neuro-physiological disorder that makes it difficult to read and write. With our treatment, the effects of dyslexia can be corrected or at the very least greatly reduced.

Dyslexia is often caused by a latent problem with the way a client's eyes are working and coordinating.
